LivingSocial and Jump On It bring the online group-buying phenomenon to Australia. Negotiating massively discounted deals with merchants to launch one deal per city per day, LivingSocial, a global company in 37 markets, and Jump On It have saved more than 1 million Australians up to 90 per cent on dining, hair, beauty, fitness and travel deals since they launched in 2010. They are ranked in the top three daily deals sites in Australia.
The Ideas Suite was enlisted to generate awareness of the brand predominantly among consumers and the business community.
Results
In the first six months, more than 100 media placements were generated across TV, radio, print and online. These included Today Tonight, Today, The Australian, Australian Financial Review, Sydney Morning Herald, Daily Telegraph, Sunday Age, B&T, Qantas Inflight Radio, Yahoo!7 News, and 2UE.
