Fitness entrepreneur Fiona Cosgrove established Wellness Coaching Australia after seeing the growth of this new industry in the US. Using the principles of coaching psychology and behavioural change theory, wellness coaching helps individuals set and achieve goals in areas such as nutrition, fitness, weight control and stress management.

Fiona approached The Ideas Suite to launch Wellness Coaching Australia and her new book through a three-month public relations campaign.

Strategy
Armed with a very limited budget and timeframe, The Ideas Suite deployed a media strategy – focusing on generating awareness of wellness coaching, book reviews, and wellness coaching sessions with journalists.

Results
The PR results included coverage in OK! magazine, Who Weekly, Dynamic Business, mX, 9to5, Weight Watchers, UltraFit, Oxygen and Active & Healthy. Through media coverage, Wellness Coaching reached $2,565,000 readers and received 58,200 worth of (unmultiplied) advertising value.
