THE IDEAS SUITE LAUNCHES SOCIAL MEDIA

We quietly launched The Ideas Suite’s social media arm in mid-2016 with our Senior Account Manager, Alannah Green, appointed as the agency’s Social Media Manager.

Prior to The Ideas Suite, Alannah managed the social media accounts for Cartoon Network Australia, New Zealand and Asia; Warner TV Asia; Oh!K TV Asia and Toonami Asia, where she grew likes organically by more than 650% across these pages in less than six months. She also managed the accounts for MTV PR Australia and New Zealand as well as the Australian Subscription Television and Radio Association, Dally M and Australian Museum Eureka Prize award nights and opening events.

Julia Nekich, Principal and Founder of The Ideas Suite, says: “The role of PR is changing and few boutique PR agencies run social media management in-house. Our clients were seeking a greater digital footprint and social presence on top of their press office results, and didn’t want the additional work of onboarding and directing multiple agencies. Alannah’s experience in PR-driven social media allowed us to expand and fill this gap in the market.”

Social media provides businesses with a channel that allows for two-way communication with customers as well as a channel that enables them to speak with their target market directly. Additionally, our clients know and trust us as skilled crisis management experts, and entrust their public-facing communications to our agency in these instances.

Providing social media strategy and management to our current portfolio of PR clients as well as new clients on both a retainer and project basis, our social media work spans the hospitality, fashion, travel and real estate sectors.
